The electrons flowing throughout our bodies are largely responsible for this. Dr. Warburg discovered that when a cell loses its cell voltage, the ability to conduct stagnates. Without electron conduction, there is no electromagnetic attraction and the system loses its coherence.

A healthy cell has a cell voltage of -70 mV. Due to stress, pathogens, radiation, etc., the cell voltage can drop to as low as -20 mV. This can lead to a stagnation of electrons, which can result in further energy loss and potentially the loss of physical and mental functions. Dr. Warburg received the Nobel Prize for this.
